Scheduled Maintenance

M.I.D. Plumbing Services carries out regular scheduled maintenance.

• Cleaning of Roof, Box and Fascia Gutters
• Cleaning of Storm water pits, channel and surface drains, including the use of confined space equipment and vacuum waste removal
• Cleaning, removal and disposal of stormwater, sewer, grease and trade waste products from holding and storage tanks. Including disposal in accordance with EPA requirements
• Complete tap, toilet and urinal maintenance at pre-determined intervals
• Service to undersink pump out equipment
• Service to boiling/chilled water units
• Filter replacements
• Annual Backflow Device testing and certification
• Annual servicing and certification of Thermostatic mixing valves
• Sewer and stormwater pump maintenance
• Waterless urinal servicing
• Hot water unit and tempering valve checks
