- Industrial roofing maintenance
- Roof leak investigation and rectification.
- Installation of purpose made flashings around roof penetrations
- Supply and installation of new Zincalume or Colorbond, roof sheeting or flashing to replace any defective, corroded or damaged material.
- Replacement of corroded box gutter with colorbond and zincalume materials, where found to be previously allowing rain water entry.
- Replacement of perished fibreglass skylight roof sheeting above warehousing.
- Installation procedure includes:
- Pre drilling skylights
- Weatherlok washers under each roof fastener
- Laps are a minimum of 300mm and silicone jointed
- Cushioning of fibreglass sheeting
- Roof screws fastened to allow for the expanding and contraction of sheeting and adjoining metal sheets are cleaned with wire brush and methylated spirits to prevent capillary attraction of rain water.
